Refund policy

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee return policy.  Try it out and if you don't love it instantly you'll have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you should choose to return them for any reason all we ask is for you to let us know how we can improve to meet your expectations.  We love our product and we want you to as well.

We're also offering a crash replacement policy.  If at any time you have the unfortunate circumstance where your APHIX set is damaged from a crash we will make sure you can still ride with your tunes.  Sound Helm will repair or replace crash warranty units and replacements may include factory refurbished units that could contain minor scuffs / scratches / or other visual blemishes.  All replacement units are factory certified to be fully functional.

To start a return, send a request to us at support@soundhelmaudio.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please allow 2 business days for processing of your request.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be automatically accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like abused or deliberately damaged units.  We have a culture of honesty and openness and we expect that you do too.  We want you to have the best audio experience ever and we're committed to doing that.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
